I paid for my FTMO Challenge, when will I get the account?
We start processing your FTMO Challenge account as soon as we receive the payment. If we receive your payment during our business hours, we process your FTMO Challenge within just a few hours. If we receive your payment during our night (CEST) or weekend, we process your FTMO Challenge account the following morning when our office opens or on Monday – in case you pay during the weekend.
You will receive your FTMO Challenge login credentials by email, so please monitor your mailbox, including the spam/junk folders. You can also access your login credentials directly from your Client Area.
