Our system allows you to modify certain parameters of your account, provided that no trade has been placed on the current account. For FTMO Accounts, the modification can be processed after each Reward withdrawal.
Available modification for FTMO Challenge: 1-Step or subsequent FTMO Account:
- Platform modification
The modification from the Standard account type to the Swing account type is unavailable because the Swing account type is not offered for the FTMO Challenge: 1-Step.
Available modification for FTMO Challenge: 2-Step or subsequent FTMO Account:
- Platform modification
- Modification of the Swing account type to the Standard account type (change from Standard to Swing is not possible)
All available modifications can be made directly in Account MetriX by clicking the “Modify” button in the upper section and confirming your request.
