Maximum Allocation
FTMO applies limits on the maximum capital allocation as part of our risk management and diversification measures. Circumventing these limits through different registrations is strictly prohibited. If identical or substantially similar trading is detected across multiple FTMO accounts, including trades copied from or based on the same third-party source (such as signal groups or copy-trading services), and the total fictitious capital exceeds the following limits, FTMO reserves the right to suspend the affected accounts.
At any given time, the total capital allocation across all accounts and products is limited to $400,000 per trader or strategy (prior to any scaling). This Maximum Allocation increases if the Premium Programme benefit is applied.
For other base currencies, the equivalents of the $400,000 limit are: €320,000, £280,000, CAD 480,000, AUD 520,000, CHF 320,000, or CZK 8,000,000.
Other Limits
The number of active FTMO Instant Account products is limited to one.
