We are seeking someone who feels at home in marketing and business positions and who enthusiastically leads the recruitment of new talent from A to Z. You will collaborate with HR managers to create effective recruitment strategies and on the journey to finding the ideal candidate. - Own the talent acquisition agenda: from understanding the needs of hiring managers to building pipeline of candidates and being active in the recruitment process.
- Be the key point of contact for hiring managers to craft role requirements and candidates personal profile.
- Use modern tools and techniques to source candidates and maintain strong pipelines.
- Be the owner of the recruitment process (i.e. response times, engagement with the candidates, feedback, offer communication).
- As the process owner be aware of all the compliance / legal checkpoints and embed them into the process.
- Conduct interviews with candidates, check references and if required negotiate offer conditions.
- Share key market trends & best practice around talent acquisition with hiring managers to ensure process top quality and competitiveness.
- Work closely with other stakeholders on building and strengthening employer branding (i.e. events, interviews, LI).
- As part of the HR team actively contribute to overall department agenda by sharing your observations and insights from the candidates and other companies.
- At least 3 years experience in recruitment with strong network within marketing and other business supporting areas (i.e. finance, legal, hr).
- Understanding of key hiring techniques and tools.
- Active in industry events and strong people network.
- Ability to work in very dynamic environment.
- Advanced English.

- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge about employment law and compliance would be of the advantage.
