We are looking for a new colleague who will oversee payment operations, establish relationships with banks and payment service providers, automate processes, and monitor industry trends. I will ensure that everything is in compliance with the company’s rules and policies and that payments are processed accurately and on time.

What will be your agenda?
  • Bring the expertise in both traditional and alternative payment methods worldwide.
  • Provide knowledge in payments optimizations.
  • Own an operational relationship with banks and PSPs.
  • Ensure the onboarding of new banking and PSP partners.
  • Seek ways how to automate the payments processes.
  • Be the owner of the end to end payment process.
  • Ensure your team and function compliance with all relevant internal procedures and regulations.
  • Act as key point of contact for your team in case of any security or regular incidents.
  • Regularly review performance of your team and seek ways for improvement and personal development of your colleague.
What do we expect from you?
  • Communicate regularly with the banks regarding transactions and any operational issues that might appear.
  • Be the primary contact for PSPs in case of any updates or queries.
  • Monitor process performance and work on its efficiency.
  • Manage workload in the team and ensure timing processing of all requests as per agreed SLAs.
  • Automate processes and seek ways to ensure 100% compliance with procedures.
  • Monitor industry and regulatory trends and changes that may impact the company’s operations, and be prepared to take ownership of their implementation across the company if required.
  • Review costs of the processes and seek ways for the optimisation in cooperation with key stakeholders.
