Affiliate Specialist

Take the opportunity to take part in the rapidly growing startup FTMO.com. We are looking for a new colleague in our Affiliate department. The ideal candidate has proven experience with affiliate programs, experience with financial markets and perfect command of the English language.

What will be your agenda?

Maintain and develop the agenda of our Affiliate Programme
Active communication with partners and solving their potential problems
Acquisition of new partners to expand the programme
Optimization of the programme conditions to make it as effective as possible
Management of existing partners’ activities and monitoring of their performance
Preparation of reports and campaign results
Performance monitoring of campaigns and their optimization to achieve the best possible sales results and commission generation
Providing coaching and support to colleagues to improve their affiliate marketing skills
Following new trends in affiliate marketing to stay up-to-date

What do we expect from you?

Perfect communication in the English language (written and spoken)
Ability to monitor and analyse affiliate programme performance data, identify trends and make optimizations to improve results
Strong communication skills to effectively deal with affiliate partners, provide support and resolve queries
Ability to search for and recruit new partners, but also the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners
Actively monitor and operate in the affiliate marketplace and online environment to find potential partners
Ability to come up with new, innovative and creative ways to increase affiliate programme performance and utilise new trends and approaches in affiliate marketing
Have a dynamic and flexible approach to different partners or types of campaigns so that a win-win situation is always achieved
