We start processing your FTMO Challenge: 1-Step or FTMO Challenge: 2-Step account as soon as we receive the payment. In most cases, it does not take more than a few hours to create your FTMO Challenge account. In rare cases, the process may take up to 24 hours.
Once your trading account is created, you will receive a notification by email informing you that your FTMO Challenge: 1-Step or FTMO Challenge: 2-Step account is ready. Your login credentials for the trading platform will be available directly in your Client Area. Please make sure to check your mailbox, including spam or junk folders.
Please ensure that you keep your login credentials secure and do not authorise anyone else to access them. FTMO cannot be held responsible if your account is accessed by a third party.
