I paid for my FTMO Challenge, when will I get the account?
We start processing your FTMO Challenge account as soon as we receive the payment. Usually, it does not take us more than a few hours to process an FTMO Challenge account. On rare occasions, it might take us up to 24 hours to create your FTMO Challenge.
When we create your trading account, you will receive your FTMO Challenge notification by email, and your login credentials to the trading platform can be found directly in your Client Area. Please monitor your mailbox, including spam/junk folders.
Make sure you safeguard your login credentials and that you don’t authorize anybody besides yourself to access them. We can not be held responsible if your account will be accessed by anyone else.
