We are looking for a motivated colleague to join our team and support the smooth running of our internal systems. You will help us manage and resolve technical issues to keep our development projects moving forward. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing fintech environment.

What will be your agenda?
  • Root Cause Analysis: Investigating technical issues using databases, logs, and the Elasticsearch tool to gather relevant data and insights.
  • Ticket Triage: Receiving, prioritizing, and evaluating incoming support tickets based on urgency and severity.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Close cooperation with development, QA, and other teams to communicate findings and coordinate temporary solutions to issues.
  • Bug Assignment: Assigning identified bugs to the appropriate development teams.
  • Technical Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of issue resolutions and contributing to the internal knowledge base.
What do we expect from you?
  • Previous experience in IT support or technical operations roles is preferred.
  • Studying or graduated in a tech-related field.
  • Proficiency in English and Czech.
  • Problem Solving and Logical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Software Development: Basic understanding of software development principles and programming languages.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to work well in teams.
  • Issue Tracking Tools: Experience with issue tracking systems like Asana.
