What will be your agenda?
- Conducting various financial, strategic, and economic analyses.
- Preparing business plans and cost analyses.
- Providing analytical support in evaluating internal initiatives, investments, and projects.
- Assisting in the preparation of internal reports, controlling tools, management dashboards, and contributing to their automation and digitization.
- Monitoring and analyzing the achievement of company KPIs.
- Analyzing sales performance.
- Critically evaluating investment opportunities and preparing valuations for transaction purposes.
- Providing analytical support for investment projects.
- Collaborating with the project team in preparing and revising business plans for acquisition targets.
- Participating in financial and commercial pre-investment due diligence.
- Reviewing external and preparing internal business cases.
- Assessing strategic initiatives (development strategies, transformations, M&A).
- Monitoring and analyzing competitors, market trends, and more.
- Preparing sensitivity analyses and impact assessments, such as changes in pricing policies.
- Conducting ad hoc financial estimates and analyses, and ensuring their commentary, interpretation, and presentation.
- Providing recommendations regarding changes to internal processes and their costs.
What do we expect from you?
- A completed university degree.
- At least 4 years of experience in a financial or analytical position, ideally in controlling, investment (M&A) consulting, auditing, or a related field.
- Exceptional proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of programming in Python is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills and a methodical approach to solving assigned tasks.
- Attention to detail and meticulousness.
- A desire to continue learning and developing, proactivity, and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Ability to prioritize and manage occasional work-related stress.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication skills.
