Trading updates - 14 Apr 2022 edition

Due to the Easter Holiday, many symbols will have the trading hours amended:

On Thursday, 14 Apr 2022,

• EU50.cash, FRA40.cash, GER40.cash, UK100.cash will close early at 11:00 pm;
• AUS200.cash will close early at 5:00 pm;
• HK50.cash will close early at 10:00 pm.

On Friday, 15 Apr 2022, all instruments will be closed with the only exception of Forex and Cryptocurrencies, which will be open as per the usual trading hours.

On Monday, 18 Apr 2022,

• EU50.cash, FRA40.cash, GER40.cash, UK100.cash, AUS200.cash, HK50.cash will be closed;
• EU Equities will be closed.

On Tuesday, 19 Apr 2022,

• AUS200.cash will reopen at 2:50 am;
• EU50.cash and GER40.cash will reopen at 3:15 am;
• FRA40.cash will reopen at 9:00 am;
• UK100.cash will reopen at 3:00 am;
• HK50.cash will reopen at 4.15 am.

The situation in Ukraine - geopolitical development, sanctions, and markets

Due to the war in Ukraine, traders can experience increased uncertainty in the markets, accompanied by increased volatility on many assets, along with the possibility of price spikes, whipsaws, flash crashes, spread widening and liquidity supply issues. Traders are advised to pay extra caution while trading during these times. Risk management and capital preservation should be the key focus of every trader, just as being aware and adaptive to the market conditions that might be unpredictable or risky.
