We start processing your order as soon as we receive the payment. In most cases, it takes no more than a few hours to create your account. In rare cases, the process may take up to 24 hours.
Once your trading account is created, you will receive an email notification that your account is ready. Your trading platform login credentials will be available in your Client Area. Please make sure to check your mailbox, including spam or junk folders.
Please ensure that you keep your login credentials secure and do not authorise anyone else to access them. FTMO cannot be held responsible if your account is accessed by a third party.
