My Account MetriX is not updating
In case your Account MetriX is not updating, please let us know your login number and we will look into your Account MetriX. In case you are not comfortable trading without the Account MetriX, please refrain from trading until we have checked/fixed this issue and we will extend the Challenge based on your waiting time.

Otherwise, if you wish to continue your trading, please be reminded the Account MetriX is informative only and in case of any Trading Objective violations, you are trading at your own risk.

My Account MetriX is showing wrong values
In case your Account MetriX is displaying wrong values, please let us know your login number and we will look into your Account MetriX. In case you are not comfortable trading without the Account MetriX, please refrain from trading until we have checked/fixed this issue and we will extend the Challenge based on your waiting time.

My account experienced server issues
In case the server is unresponsive, slow or lagging, please let us know your login number and we will investigate this issue. The server speed/connection is dependent on your location as well as the quality of your internet connection. Occasionally, this issue may arise from the liquidity provider as well.

Please note that FTMO has no control over the liquidity provider’s servers as this service is provided by a third party.

The result on my trade is not correct
In case your trade result is displaying the wrong values, please let us know your login number and order ticket number. We will look into your platform and update you on this issue as soon as possible. In case you are not comfortable trading until this issue is resolved, please refrain from trading. We will check/fix this issue accordingly and we will extend the Challenge duration based on any waiting time.

Otherwise, if you wish to continue trading, please be reminded that in case of any Trading Objective violations, you are trading at your own risk.
