Your login credentials, link to download the platform, and a link to open its web version can be found in your Client Area, in the Credentials section within Account MetriX.
When using a cTrader, you do not log in with each trading account individually. You log in with your own cTrader registration, and we only connect our simulated trading accounts to your own cTrader registration.
If you have never used cTrader before, you will receive an email to create the password for your own cTrader registration after you receive a trading account on cTrader from FTMO. If you forget your password, please use the “Forgot password?” option on the cTrader login page.
Desktop
- Open the cTrader application
- Click Log in in the upper-right corner
- Log in with your:
- E-mail address (the same one as in the Credentials section)
- Your own password
If you have multiple trading accounts with your cTrader registration, you can switch between them in the upper-right corner of the platform.
Mobile
- Open the cTrader application
- Log in with your:
- E-mail address (the same one as in the Credentials section)
- Your own password
If you have multiple trading accounts with your cTrader registration, you can switch between them in the menu, which you can access by clicking the logo in the upper-left corner.
Web
- Open the web cTrader
- Click Log in in the upper-right corner
- Log in with your:
- E-mail address (the same one as in the Credentials section)
- Your own password
