I can’t place a trade on my FreeTrial. What should I do?

Please make sure that you are trading the instruments with the suffix _ecn (E.g. Eursud_ecn). To show all tradeable instruments, please do as follows:

1. In your MT4, open Market Watch (Ctrl+M)

2. In Market Watch, right-click and choose: „Show all“

3. All offered instruments will now be displayed in Market Watch.

• If you are using the MT4 mobile app (iOS or Android), simply use the plus (+) symbol to add the active “_ecn” instruments.
