I paid for my FTMO Challenge, when will I get the account?
We start processing your FTMO Challenge account as soon as we receive the payment.
Processing Time: In most cases, it does not take more than a few hours. In rare cases, the process may take up to 24 hours.
Email Notification: Once your trading account is created, you will receive a notification by email (please check spam or junk folders).
Login Credentials: Your credentials for the trading platform will be available directly in your Client Area.
What's the difference between the 1-Step and the 2-Step Challenge?
FTMO Challenge: 1-Step is a simplified evaluation product that consists of a single evaluation phase.
FTMO Challenge: 2-Step includes two evaluation phases, called FTMO Challenge and Verification.
