A) The Client has at least AUD$2.5 million in total assets.
OR
The Client has a gross income of AUD$250,000 or more for each of the last two financial years.

For these purposes, the client has to provide FTMO with an accountant certificate certifying fulfilment of the above stated financial information – please see the attachment.

The certificate cannot be older than two years. Subsequently, the accountant certificate has to be refreshed every 2 years in order to keep the wholesale client status.

AND

B) The Client is not trading in connection with a business (i.e. only natural persons/individuals can apply for the wholesale client status).

A) Previous Experience in using financial services and investing in financial products that allows the Client to assess:

• the merits of the FTMO Account;
• the value of the FTMO Account;
• the risks associated with the FTMO Account;
• the Client’s own information needs; and
• the adequacy of the information given by FTMO.

For evidencing this, the client has to provide evidence of fulfilling at least 2 of the 3 criteria below:

1. Executed at least 20 leveraged FX or CFD trades per quarter over four quarters in the last two years, with each trade having a notional value of at least AUD$50,000.
2. Worked in a professional position in the financial sector for at least one year, requiring knowledge of leveraged trading (FX or CFDs).
3. Successfully passed the FTMO Challenge and Verification in the past. Please note that whether the client passed “successfully” is subject to internal assessment by FTMO Australia.

B) The Client is not trading in connection with a business (i.e. only natural persons/individuals can apply for the wholesale client status).
