We start processing your FTMO Challenge: 1-Step or FTMO Challenge: 2-Stepaccount as soon as we receive the payment. In most cases, it does not take more than a few hours to create your FTMO Challenge account. In rare cases, the process may take up to 24 hours.
When we create your trading account, you will receive your FTMO Challenge notification by email, and your login credentials to the trading platform can be found directly in your Client Area. Please monitor your mailbox, including spam/junk folders.
Make sure you safeguard your login credentials and that you don’t authorize anybody besides yourself to access them. We can not be held responsible if your account will be accessed by anyone else.
