Platform change in the FTMO Challenge: 2-Step
In the FTMO Challenge: 2-Step, you can change your trading platform only after completing each stage of the Evaluation Process. This means that the platform can be changed after completing the FTMO Challenge, after completing the FTMO Verification, or after each withdrawal cycle on an FTMO Account.
To change the trading platform, head to your Account MetriX and click the “Modify” button in the upper section of your MetriX.
Platform change in FTMO Challenge: 1-Step
The FTMO Challenge: 1-Step product does not include a multi-stage Evaluation Process.
In FTMO Challenge: 1-Step, you can change your trading platform only after successfully completing the evaluation and after each withdrawal cycle on an FTMO Account. Changing the platform is not possible while you are actively trading within the evaluation.
To change the trading platform, head to your Account MetriX and click the “Modify” button in the upper section of your MetriX.
General limitations (applicable to both products)
Change of platform is not possible for Free Trials and not possible during the active progress of your trading.
