Weekend Maintenance
We will perform scheduled maintenance on all trading platforms (MT4, MT5, and cTrader) on Saturday, 27 Jun 2026, between 7:00 and 18:00.
IT Maintenance
On Saturday, 27 Jun 2026, between 7:00 and 13:00, our IT teams will perform infrastructure optimisation of supporting systems, which will cause disruptions to some parts of our services.
- The Client Area will be inaccessible or experience disruptions, resulting in temporary unavailability of services such as Account MetriX, KYC, payouts, billing, new order purchases, and others.
- Automatic email communication may experience delays during the maintenance period, but all emails will be sent once the maintenance is complete.
- Our web pages will be operational.
- Our chat and email support will be available during this time, but due to system disruptions, their ability to assist with account- or order-specific queries will be limited. We kindly ask you for patience during this time.
During the maintenance window above, trading on the specified platforms will be disabled, and access may be fully restricted.
US Independence Day
Due to the Independence Day federal holiday in the United States, there will be changes to trading hours as specified below:
On Friday, 3 Jul 2026:
- Equities I CFD (US stocks), Agriculture will be closed whole day.
- Metals CFD, JP225.cash, US100.cash, US2000.cash, US30.cash, US500.cash, USOIL.cash, NATGAS.cash, HEATOIL.c will close early at 20:00.
- UKOIL.cash will close early at 20:30.
- DXY.cash will close early at 21:30.
On Monday, 6 Jul 2026, COTTON.c will open late at 15:00.
Hong Kong Establishment Day
The Hong Kong SAR Establishment Day holiday brings the following changes to trading days and hours:
On Tuesday, 30 Jun 2026, HK50.cash will close early at 19:00.
On Wednesday, 1 Jul 2026, HK50.cash will be closed whole day.
Overnight rollover swaps are subject to regular changes and adjustments, reflecting, among other things, interest rate differentials and dividend adjustments. If you are holding positions overnight, please be reminded that it is your responsibility to check these swaps in the contract specification for each symbol, and to adjust (if needed) and manage your positions accordingly. Traders are advised to pay extra caution while trading during these times. u003cstrongu003eRisk management and capital preservationu003c/strongu003e should be the key focus of every trader, just as being aware and adaptive to the market conditions that might be unpredictable or risky.rnrnu003chr /u003ernrnUnfortunately, at this time, we are not allowed to process u003cstrongu003epayments to regions of Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk, and Zaporizhzhia in Ukraineu003c/strongu003e and our clients from there, as per the latest sanctions imposed in connection with the war in Ukraine. There are also sanctions targeting some Russian banks and high-profile individuals. We are not allowed to process any payouts to clients and banks on the sanction list. Payouts to our clients from/in the subject locations, or being subject to the sanctions list, will be possible once the imposed sanctions are lifted. Crypto payouts are included in the restrictions.
