A partir del nuevo a\u00f1o 2023<\/strong>, habr\u00e1 un cambio en las horas de trading del instrumento<\/strong> GER40.cash<\/strong>. Espec\u00edficamente, los Viernes<\/strong>, el instrumento cerrar\u00e1 antes<\/strong>, a las 22:50 hora de la plataforma MetaTrader (GMT+2 \/ CET+1).<\/strong><\/p>\n

La plataforma de escritorio cTrader<\/strong>, versi\u00f3n 4.1 y anteriores pueden experimentar problemas de conexi\u00f3n. Por favor, vuelva a instalar la plataforma o utilice webtrader en ct.ftmo.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\nLas aplicaciones m\u00f3viles MetaTrader 4<\/strong> y 5<\/strong> desarrolladas por MetaQuotes han sido retiradas para nuevas descargas de la tienda iOS App<\/strong>. Las aplicaciones m\u00f3viles existentes ya descargadas siguen funcionando con normalidad. Desafortunadamente, esta decisi\u00f3n tomada por Apple est\u00e1 directamente relacionada con MetaQuotes, y FTMO no tiene control sobre el desarrollo del caso. Recomendamos a los traders que se vean afectados por esta situaci\u00f3n que utilicen la versi\u00f3n de escritorio de estas plataformas, o bien el webtrader MT4\/5. El acceso a la plataforma se puede encontrar en la pesta\u00f1a Credenciales de inicio de sesi\u00f3n dentro de su Cuenta MetriX. Tambi\u00e9n es posible que la actualizaci\u00f3n de iOS a una nueva versi\u00f3n pueda causar la no funcionalidad de la aplicaci\u00f3n descargada, aunque esto no est\u00e1 confirmado. Por el momento, no disponemos de informaci\u00f3n oficial ni de una duraci\u00f3n estimada sobre cu\u00e1ndo podr\u00eda resolverse este problema.<\/p>\n
