Marketing Project Manager

Take the opportunity to join the fast-growing fintech company FTMO.com! We are currently looking for a new team member to join our Marketing team as a Project Manager specialising in marketing projects.

FTMO is a technology company with a global reach. As a Project Manager in Marketing, you will play a key role not only in managing projects but also in bringing together creative, technical, and strategic teams. We are growing rapidly, and our marketing projects have a global scale – you’ll have the chance to coordinate our brand across different markets and channels.

What will be your agenda?
  • Collaborate on project scoping with marketing and technical leads, analysts, and other team members.
  • Prepare the project comprehensively – set up communication channels, establish projects in Asana, and assemble the project team with the support of department leads.
  • Lead projects across marketing and other departments, with a strong emphasis on a successful final release.
  • Gather, prioritize, and translate various stakeholders' requirements into clear, actionable tasks for product and marketing teams.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and addressing potential obstacles to ensure smooth workflows and adherence to deadlines.
  • Manage the project budget if assigned to a specific project.
  • Coordinate the integration of new partners, including international ones, ensuring seamless collaboration for all involved parties.
What do we expect from you?
  • Experience in project management within the marketing field, ideally at a mid- to senior-level position. Previous experience with processes related to web development, digital campaigns, applications, or internal systems is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Czech and English – we are an international team, and both languages are used in daily communication.
  • Interest in technology, marketing trends, and financial markets. Experience in trading or the fintech sector is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and find solutions at all levels within the company.
  • Proven experience working in teams focused on software development, technology, or marketing projects.
