Product Designer (UI/UX)

We are looking for a new colleague to join our marketing department. The ideal candidate has experience in UI design and has been working in this field for 2-3 years with a strong portfolio.

What will be your agenda?

Design creation from the first idea to the final product – you’ll be working on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final pixel-perfect designs, creating products that are not only visually appealing but also functional.
User-centered approach – your designs will not only look good but also be intuitive and user-friendly.
Working with tools like Figma – to easily prototype and present your ideas.
Innovation – you’ll have the freedom to test new design trends and technologies.

What do we expect from you?

Experience in product design (at least 2-3 years) with the ability to create user-friendly interfaces.
Clear communication of designs and collaboration with the team is a strength.
Proficiency in tools like Figma (which we use), Sketch, Adobe XD.
A strategic thinker whose designs support long-term project goals.
Independent, capable of managing a project from start to finish.
Familiarity with components and tokens.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to better grasp how everything works.
Experience with user research and validation of designs.
Able to make data-driven decisions and gather necessary data.
