    IT Maintenance<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n

    On\u00a0Saturday<\/strong>, 27\u00a0Sep 2025<\/strong>, between\u00a010<\/strong>:00<\/b>\u00a0and 12<\/strong>:00<\/strong>, our IT teams will perform infrastructure optimisation for supporting systems, which will cause disruptions to some parts of our services.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

    • Client Area<\/b> will be inaccessible or experience disruptions\u00a0\u2013\u00a0<\/b>services such as Account MetriX<\/b>, KYC<\/b>, payouts<\/b>, billing<\/b>, new order purchases,<\/b> and others will also be temporarily unavailable.<\/li>\r\n \t
    • Automatic email communication may experience delays during the maintenance period, but all emails will be sent once the maintenance is complete.<\/li>\r\n \t
    • Our web pages will be operational.<\/li>\r\n \t
    • Our chat and email support will be available during this time, but due to the disruption of our systems, their ability to assist with account\/order-specific queries will be limited. We kindly ask you for patience during this time.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

      During this maintenance window, trading on the specified platform will be\u00a0disabled<\/b>, and access to the platform may be\u00a0fully restricted<\/b>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n

      Spreads and commissions change<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n

      Starting from the market open on Monday<\/strong>,\u00a0Sep 29<\/strong>, 2025<\/strong>, we will implement<\/span>\u00a0adjustments to spreads and commission rates across all accounts.<\/p>\r\n

      These changes are part of our ongoing efforts to enhance transparency and bring simulated trading conditions closer to those in real markets. They also serve as an important step towards the introduction of our upcoming Volume Bands execution model.<\/p>\r\n
