Weekend Maintenance and Optimisation,<\/br>

Starting from Sunday<\/strong>, 9 Mar 2025<\/strong>, with the DST change, the values will be expressed in MetaTrader platform time GMT+3<\/strong> (CET+2<\/strong>). For clarity during the transitional period, we also listed some information about Prague time (CET).\r\n\r\n

Weekend Maintenance and Optimisation:<\/strong><\/h3>\r\nDuring the maintenance periods, trading on the specified platform(s) will be disabled, and the platform(s) may be fully inaccessible.\r\n\r\nMaintenance will be carried out on the cTrader<\/b>\u00a0platform on Saturday<\/strong>, 8 Mar 2025<\/strong>, between 08<\/strong>:00<\/strong> and 19<\/strong>:00<\/strong>.\r\n\r\nAdditionally, following the infrastructure upgrades carried out during the past weekends, our IT teams will perform further infrastructure optimisation<\/b> of our databases and supporting systems on Sunday<\/strong>, 9<\/strong>\u00a0Mar<\/strong>\u00a02025<\/strong>, between 08:30<\/strong> GMT+2 (07:30 CET) and 11:00 <\/strong>GMT+3 (09:00 CET), which will cause disruptions to some parts of our services.\r\n

  • Client Area will be inaccessible or experience disruptions<\/b><\/b> \u2013<\/b> services such as Account MetriX, KYC, payouts, billing, new order purchases and others will also be temporarily unavailable.<\/li>\r\n \t
  • Our web pages (www.ftmo.com) will experience a brief outage <\/b>lasting up to 90 minutes.<\/li>\r\n \t
  • Automated email communication may become delayed during this time.<\/li>\r\n \t
  • Our email support will be available during this time, but due to the disruption of our systems, their ability to assist with account\/order-specific queries will be limited. Chat support will be generally available, but during the times of website and Client Area outages, the chat service will be temporarily unavailable, too.     Daylight Saving Time Change in the USA on 9th March:<\/strong><\/h3>\r\nOn Sunday, 9 Mar 2025<\/strong>, the\u00a0USA will transition to Daylight Saving Time (DST)<\/b>. Therefore, trading on all trading platforms (MT4<\/strong>, MT5<\/strong>, cTrader<\/strong>, and DXtrade<\/strong>) will be unavailable <\/span>between 07<\/strong>:00 <\/strong>GMT+2<\/strong>\u00a0and 11<\/strong>:00 <\/strong>(GMT+3<\/strong>).\r\n\r\nDue to this DST time change, the trading hours for European stocks<\/b> (Equities II<\/strong>) and the following indices below<\/b>\u00a0will be shifted <\/b>one hour forward<\/b> on the<\/b> MT4<\/strong> and <\/b>MT5<\/strong> platforms<\/b>.\r\nFor example, AIRF<\/strong> will have new trading hours of 11:05\u201319:30, instead of the current 10:05\u201318:30.\r\nPlease also pay attention to the trade hours of the Indices listed below. As an example AUS200.cash<\/strong>\u00a0will have new trading hours of 01:55\u201308:30 and 09:15\u201323:00, instead of the current 00:55\u201307:30 and 08:15\u201322:00.
