During this time, trading will be disabled.<\/span>\r\n\r\nAdditionally, on <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Saturday<\/strong>, <strong>1 Feb 2025<\/strong>, between <strong>11<\/strong>:<strong>00<\/strong> and <strong>15<\/strong>:<strong>00, <\/strong><\/span>our IT teams will perform infrastructure optimization of our backend email systems, which will result in a <strong>temporary outage of some of the automated emails and notifications<\/strong>. It is expected that from approximately <strong>11:00<\/strong>, the services listed below will experience an approximately 3-hour-long outage, after which all of this communication will be sent out in short order.\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Emails confirming the creation of a new order<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Emails containing login credentials (but new login credentials will appear in Client Area as usual)s<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Account stage completion\/failure emails and others<\/li>\r\n \t<li>All Client Area notifications<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nPlease be aware of these scheduled delays when creating new orders or expecting emails from us. The backlog should be resolved by 15:00.
