Additionally, the maintenance will continue between <strong>10<\/strong>:<strong>30<\/strong> and <strong>11<\/strong>:<strong>30<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>On <strong>Sunday<\/strong>, <strong>12 Apr 2026<\/strong>, between <strong>04<\/strong>:<strong>30<\/strong> and <strong>05<\/strong>:<strong>30<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<h3><strong>IT Maintenance<\/strong><\/h3>\r\nOn <strong>Saturday<\/strong>, <strong>11<\/strong> <strong>Apr 2026<\/strong>, between <strong>10<\/strong>:<strong>30<\/strong> and <strong>11<\/strong>:<strong>30<\/strong>, our IT teams will perform infrastructure optimisation of supporting systems, which will cause disruptions to some parts of our services.\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>The Client Area will be inaccessible or experience disruptions, resulting in temporary unavailability of services such as <strong>Account MetriX<\/strong>, <strong>KYC<\/strong>, <strong>payouts<\/strong>, <strong>billing<\/strong>, <strong>new order purchases<\/strong>, and others.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Automatic email communication may experience delays during the maintenance period, but all emails will be sent once the maintenance is complete.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Our web pages will be operational.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Our chat and email support will be available during this time, but due to system disruptions, their ability to assist with account- or order-specific queries will be limited.
