All times hereafter are expressed in MetaTrader platform time \u2014 GMT+3<\/strong> (until 3 Nov 2025<\/b>) and GMT+2<\/strong> thereafter.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n We will be performing scheduled maintenance on all trading platforms \u2014 MT5, MT4, cTrader, <\/strong>and DXtrade<\/strong> \u2014 on Sunday<\/strong>, 2 Nov 2025<\/strong>, between 07<\/strong>:00<\/strong> and 10<\/strong>:00<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n During the maintenance window above, trading on the specified platform will be disabled<\/b>, and access to the platform may be\u00a0fully restricted<\/b>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n Starting Sunday, 2 Nov 2025<\/strong>, the United States<\/b> will end Daylight Saving Time. The corresponding change in platform occurs<\/b> at 09<\/strong>:00<\/strong>, when clocks are moved back one hour to 08<\/strong>:00<\/strong>. Most trading hours will remain unaffected; however, please note that certain instruments may now trade one hour earlier than your usual local time if your country does not follow the same DST schedule as the US. Additionally, other functions, such as Swaps and Daily Reports, will shift accordingly \u2014 from 00<\/strong>:00<\/strong> GMT+3<\/strong> to 00<\/strong>:00<\/strong> GMT+2<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n The trading hours for European stocks<\/b> (Equities II<\/b>) and the European indices<\/b> will be moved one hour backwards on the MT4<\/strong> and MT5<\/strong> platforms, effective from market open on 3 Nov 2025<\/strong>. For example, AIRF<\/strong> will trade from 10<\/strong>:05<\/strong> to 18<\/strong>:30<\/strong>, instead of the usual 11<\/strong>:05<\/strong> to 19<\/strong>:30<\/strong> observed during the transition week.\u00a0The cTrader<\/strong> and DXtrade<\/strong> platforms display trading hours based on the timezone you have selected, so times will appear according to your chosen local zone.<\/p>\r\n Additionally, the Max Daily Loss is monitored according to Prague time (CET), and the daily drawdown resets at midnight. Starting 3 Nov 2025, the time offset between<\/b> Prague <\/b>(CET<\/strong>) and MetaTrader <\/b>(GMT+2<\/strong>) will return to 1 hour, as usual<\/b>. Make sure to account for this to avoid an accidental breach of your Max Daily Loss due to the time change. If you are unsure exactly when the reset occurs, open your Account MetriX and hover over Today\u2019s Permitted Loss \u2014 the tooltip shows a countdown to the next reset.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n [dropdown title=\"The situation in Ukraine - geopolitical development, sanctions, and markets\"]\r\nDue to the war in Ukraine, traders can experience increased uncertainty in the markets, accompanied by\u00a0increased volatility<\/strong>\u00a0on many assets, along with the possibility of\u00a0price spikes, whipsaws, flash crashes, spread widening and liquidity supply issues<\/strong>. Traders are advised to pay extra caution while trading during these times.\u00a0Risk management and capital preservation<\/strong> should be the key focus of every trader, just as being aware and adaptive to the market conditions that might be unpredictable or risky.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n Unfortunately, at this time, we are not allowed to process\u00a0payments to regions of Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk, and Zaporizhzhia in Ukraine<\/strong>\u00a0and our clients from there, as per the latest sanctions imposed in connection with the war in Ukraine. There are also sanctions targeting some Russian banks and high-profile individuals. We are not allowed to process any payouts to clients and banks on the sanction list. Payouts to our clients from\/in the subject locations, or being subject to the sanctions list, will be possible once the imposed sanctions are lifted.
